By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Medical disclaimer
AURAWELLNESS.fit is a wellness and self-tracking tool — including anything generated by the AI Coach or meal plans. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or prescriptions and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before making health, nutrition, or exercise decisions, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by law in your country to create an account, and you agree to provide accurate account information.
Accounts & your responsibilities
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Visitors can read content and use local tools; social actions (posting, commenting, liking, reviewing) require a signed-in account.
You are responsible for checking nutrition and exercise suggestions against your own allergies, conditions, and professional medical advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the forums or reviews for spam, harassment, hateful, illegal, or malicious content, and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting publicly (forum posts, comments, reviews) you grant us a licence to display and distribute that content within the Service. Public content may remain visible after you delete your account unless you remove it first.
AI features
The AI Coach and AI meal plans produce general, automated suggestions that may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not medical advice and must not be relied on for clinical decisions.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans, where offered, are described on the Pricing page. Any pricing, billing, and refund terms shown there form part of these Terms at the time of purchase.
Termination & account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion follows the 30-day grace period described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the Service or its AI output.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
